On May 15-18 Sankalita Kedia Shome, COO of Aponjon attended in the ICT4D conference held in Hyderabad India. The annual ICT4D conference brings together public, private and civil society organization from across the humanitarian and international developmental community. Participant’s share how they have used technology for development and increase impact of their work. The 2017 conference focused on harnessing the power of data to accelerate progress toward the SDGs and increase the impact of our programs. Sankalita Shome represented Aponjon’s impact on the beneficiary of this service elaborating on how it makes a difference with stage based information and instruction generating technology. Being the only mHealth service which charges its beneficiaries among other participants, sustainability came in focus. Later on 19th and 20th May a round table meet took place where on a panel discussion all 4 country who implemented mHealth service sat together to share their experience and challenge on sustainability.
